iTunes won't connect

You need to update your Killer software, found on the Downloads page of the Support section. A successful update will remedy connectivity errors with iTunes and other Apple software.

LSP not mapped correctly

This message is usually brought on by one of two things: either security software is blocking the installation of the LSPs, or a third-party program is installing its own LSPs, which prevent the Killer's from installing.

First, if you are running antivirus/antimalware, please try reinstalling the Killer drivers with your security software disabled. This may fix your issue.

If you do not run any security software, please do the following so we can determine what might be the cause of the conflict:

Click:

Start > All Programs > Bigfoot Networks > Killer Network Manager > System Diagnose Utility

This will generate a diagnostic text file. Please save the file and attach it to an email to support@bigfootnetworks.com along with a description of your issue.

Unable to establish a connection with the QQ Chat application

After opening QQ Chat, from the "Applications" tab of the Killer Network Manager, click on the QQ Chat process. Switch the priority from 1 to either 2, 3, or 4. This will allow the application to connect as normal.

USB devices plugged into the USB port on the Killer Xeno Pro do not function

This behavior is by design. The USB port on the Killer NIC is only accessible from FNApps that run on the card itself. The only physical connection accessible from Windows is the RJ-45 network port.

Then, run the cleaner. Reboot once more.

Make sure to disable any antivirus or antimalware software, and reinstall the Killer drivers. If the problem persists, please contact technical support.
